   I really like this shower head! I was surprised by its performance. I just wish it wasn’t plastic. Install went easy. I did use a wrench to SLIGHTLY turn the connectors a bit further after hand tightening. The kit comes with everything you will need, including some thread tape to make waterproof connections. Make sure that you have the black washers at all connections! I had a leak at first, only to discover that I was missing a washer. I found it in the box. You can’t create more water pressure than you have, but this surely does make the most of what you have. Some settings can actually sting you and you may need to reduce the water volume! I also like that you get a wand as well with a holder. The wand has settings too. There is a knob on side of holder that is used to direct water flow from head to wand, or both at same time. The wand also has settings on top of handle that you can set to clean the tub afterward. Not like a power washer, but good. I took off one star because when you set water to only flow out one shower head, water slightly trickles some out of the one that is shut off. in addition, since the connection is plastic to metal, it is easy to strip the threads if not careful. Overall, this is like a nice car wash for people! One tip: There is a regulator located inside sprayer. The instruction sheet shows you where it is. It is removable, if you’d like even better pressure, but make sure it is ok to do this in your state.

   Has some good pressure. Easy to install and has smooth operation of the settings. It’s made of hard smooth plastic so it has no grip and will slip out of your hands when showering. I ended up putting a rubber sleeve on it to hold.

   I already have the non-filtered version of AquaCare’s showerhead and really like it so I decided to get the filtered one for my other shower. This is very easy to install. The biggest problem I had was removing the old showerhead but once I got that off, attaching this took less than 10 minutes. Like many other showerheads, this has several sprayer pattern options and offers the ability to change the angles of the showerhead and the handheld sprayer when it is in its holder. You can also use both the showerhead and the handheld sprayer at the same time. What makes this special is that it also has several jet spray options and you can control the amount of water pressure easily, so it really helps with cleaning the shower. The handle sprayer has a long hose that reaches to the floor of my shower, so I can get pretty close to the corners and edges to blast away any buildup of soap residue or other deposits. Everything is solid and well made. My only concern is the part that holds the handheld sprayer moves very easily when I am adjusting the angle – a little too easily – so I am not sure if over time, if I change the angle too often, it will get even looser and not be able hold the sprayer securely at the angle I want. But this has not yet happened and I don’t know if it ever will, so for now I am very pleased with this.

   The shower heads are nice with some decent settings. I like having the choice of heads, or add a holder for the wand to make it a shower for 2. The jet function is great for blasting out multi-blade razors, but it can also remove smoothing strips. I have some professional experience with filtration and some concerns with this setup. First, it’s not packed enough to provide any real filtration. There will be paths between the cracks that allow untreated water through. Second, without a back-flush cycle this filter will become saturated with contaminants. Without a sterilization cycle, a warm compartment full of stagnant water with lots of pores to attach to is an ideal condition for problems. You’d be better off with a piece of screen door. I’d recommend skipping the filter.

   Love that the options in the fixed head mirror those in the handheld! Also thet can be used in tandem or separate. I put this together wrong the first time amd couldn’t get the head to point down , lol . Instructions are good – just had put it together in mock up- when you attach to shower arm first it all very clear 😀 . The top power spray buttons are very similar to the hand held we have at in then house with rain shower. Really like that feature and was looking for something similar but with massage modes in both the main head and hand held for my under woodland home. This fit the bill perfectly ! Love the different modes being available on both fixtures. The turbo sprayers out the top make dog washing and cleaning the shower area easy. Only the hand held has the filter – fyi but also the hand held is the highest head and very adjustable due to the rotating mount so it can reach outward farther and be more overhead than the fixed one. Moving the pivot point for hand held is hard to do by hand without unit in place but easy with folcrum of the arm in the holder! ) The hand held being up so high really means you can use it as your main head and thus have the filtered head as your main unit. It’s nice to have the option of using both though when you need to use the hand held off the mount !! Really like this – It covers the bases and addresses fall backs we have felt the rain shower heads have ( low pressure mostly ) We always wanted rain showers but since getting one have felt like we miss the higher power spray. Honestly we have been through a good 6 showers heads in the last 2 years !! Really love them at first and then miss things about past ones… so ..Having different setups at each place will be nice to play with features and figure out what we actually DO LIKE better. Filters were always nice and I think my hair was better when we’ve had them!! Will update after some use .
