   This is by far the best shower head I’ve ever had, but it’s still not perfect. The first issue is I wanted to angle the shower head down more because it was spraying too far forward in my shower. But that’s not possible because the hose is blocking the way as shown in the picture. The second issue is there are 2 separate dial levers you need to turn to pause the water flow. One lever pauses the side arms and the other pauses the main shower head. It’s too annoying to turn both levers so I just turn off the water instead of pausing the water flow. Despite these minor issues, I still very much love this shower head. I left the water flow regulator installed for a max of 2.5 gallons a minute, and this is plenty of water for me. The dual side nozzles make it seem like I’m being drenched in more water than usual, but regardless of if you have them on or not the max is still 2.5 gallons/min so you’re not wasting more water. There are a ton of combinations you can experiment with, but my personal favorite is having the main shower head on mist and the side arms on power rain. This provides the perfect balance of increased water surface area while still maintaining the massaging effect from the side arms.

   We already had a high-quality shower head and wand made by Moen that was included when our bath was remodeled. It featured an adjustable wand with a few spray patterns, and it served us well for years. Still, it did have its limitations — one could choose the stationary head or the wand, but not both.

   This new set from AquaCare allows many more spray strengths, and we can have the wand and wall jets working at the same time if desired. The stronger settings are almost alarming, and they feel great on my back. The magnetic head attaches easily and holds firmly, and it still fits in our existing bracket.

   The sprayers can achieve nearly 360 degree coverage — no more finding just the right place to stand to get wet. Even so, it’s easy to direct all the water so that it doesn’t splash out the door and onto the floor.

   The chrome is attractive but be aware that the fittings are vinyl-lined, not metal. They are plenty strong and should not present any problems with leakage, and you’ll never worry about corrosion.

   Housing and spray heads are all chrome plastic. The hose is a flexible metal covered tube. Easy to install. With the included rubber washers I did not have need for Teflon tape. All the options can be a little overwhelming. I pretty much use the handheld on standard rain and switch over to the side nozzles for some muscle relax time. Your water pressure will likely make a difference if you are planning on using both at the same time. Magnet for the handheld is excellent. Get it close and it pops right on. On the handheld I would liked to have had a button to stop the flow. The main toggle is side nozzles, both, or handheld only (turns pretty easy). The handheld just has the range of nozzle lever that has like 8 settings with off being to the far left for when you are trying to soap up. Then you have to travel back through the settings to get to the rinse. When its easy to let the head hang than adjust that’s where it can be a bit annoying. Still matches the description, when in easy, decent price point, and lots of options for anyone that likes to play with their spray settings.

   I already have a stationary shower head and a removable handheld shower head. I removed the stationary shower head and installed this Shower Head & Handheld 3-way Combo System in the place of the stationary shower head. Then I took a shower to try this new Combo System and I a well pleased with the results. Several features give this Shower Head Combo System a five star rating. It delivers High Pressure which makes for a comfortable shower. With 208 different flow patterns, there is a customized setting available for different people. Some handheld shower heads are difficult to remove and replace. This shower head has a magnetic base that allows the handheld shower head to be easily removed and locked back into place. A 3-way diverter switch is easily accessible to choose the different settings. A 72 inch stainless steel hose is included with all the hardware for proper installation.

   We have been meaning to upgrade our shower head for like 5 years now, but the old basic detachable just…worked. We picked this one up because of the space-age look and the endless jet possibilities. It has a lot of things going for it. Why only 4 stars you ask? A few things annoy me with it. First off, the install leaked at the ball joint. We did use some thread tape and everything seemed good, but we REALLY had to get out the channel locks and crank this puppy down to stop the drip. I have to love it now, it might not come back off (joking). My other issue is with the angle of it. Another reviewer mentioned the same thing, where the hose placement is coming out of the bottom is annoying, I can’t angle it down enough to get the water to flow more downward instead of horizontal straight at you. I think this is a gender preference. My husband loves this. He wants to be assaulted by 40 jets right in the face. I, on the other hand, have long hair and had one hell of a time getting my conditioner to rinse out with the water going more horizontal than waterfall vertical. I played around with the settings a lot and switched to a much softer rain like setting to get the water to have less pressure and just fall. It’s a work around but we’ll see how much it annoys me after a few weeks with this. The side jets are interesting. Again, my husband loves them. I ended up turning them off, they were a bit too much for me. If you want the spa effect of warm water everywhere, they get the job done for sure. All in all, we’ll keep this for now. I think it will grow on me. After 5+ years of a shower head that never had to touch, I need to spend a couple weeks with this one. But I do think it’s a solid made product and looks great, so it’s worth the price for sure.

   We are really loving this shower spray head. It feels very well made and is great looking. It installed easily in place of the existing unit. They even include plumbers tape to prevent leaking. It actually has 3 heads, one on each side and a hand held detachable spray head in the center. The two side mounted sprays are moveable up and down plus rotating the sides changes the type of spray. The removable spray head is on a 6’ hose and attaches to the center magnetically. The magnet is very powerful and really holds it well. The main head has 7 positions of spray which is easily adjustable from a lever at the bottom of the head. And finally, you can elect to have the side sprays only, the main head only or all at the same time by using another convenient selector on the unit.
   My wife and I are enjoying the versatility and flexibility because of our differing spray choices and the ease of adjustments. Our older unit was not anywhere near this adjustable and it suffered from lower pressure.
   I highly recommend this unit. It is as advertised and has performed very well for us.
