This is by far the best shower head I've ever had, but it's still not perfect. The first issue is I wanted to angle the shower head down more because it was spraying too far forward in my shower. But that's not possible because the hose is blocking the way as shown in the picture. The second issue is there are 2 separate dial levers you need to turn to pause the water flow. One lever pauses the side arms and the other pauses the main shower head. It's too annoying to turn both levers so I just turn off the water instead of pausing the water flow. Despite these minor issues, I still very much love this shower head. I left the water flow regulator installed for a max of 2.5 gallons a minute, and this is plenty of water for me. The dual side nozzles make it seem like I'm being drenched in more water than usual, but regardless of if you have them on or not the max is still 2.5 gallons/min so you're not wasting more water. There are a ton of combinations you can experiment with, but my personal favorite is having the main shower head on mist and the side arms on power rain. This provides the perfect balance of increased water surface area while still maintaining the massaging effect from the side arms.

My GF and I are 6 ft tall. The ceiling of our shower is only 4" above the shower pipe. I had to turn the shower pipe to a goofy angle to get the shower head as high as possible. Looks strange but it works.
